Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WealthTrack mobile and desktop application (the "App"), operated by Oleksandr Myroshnychenko ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
WealthTrack is a personal finance tracking application that allows you to:
- Record and manage income and expense transactions
- Create and organize wallets with different currencies
- Set and track financial goals
- Create custom categories for transactions
- View currency and cryptocurrency exchange rates
- Synchronize your financial data across multiple devices
The App is available on iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows platforms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) to create an account and use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by authenticating through a supported third-party provider (Google, Apple, or Microsoft).
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3.3 One Account Per User
Each user may maintain only one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate duplicate accounts.
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Free and Premium Tiers
The App offers a free tier with core functionality and a premium subscription with additional features.
4.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment platforms:
- Apple App Store (iOS)
- Google Play Store (Android)
- Microsoft Store (Windows)
4.3 Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the respective app store or payment platform
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the respective app store
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
4.5 Free Trials
If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless canceled before the trial ends.
5. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any related systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the App to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its servers
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the App
- Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account
- Use the App to store or transmit data that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, icons, and content, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
6.2 Your Data
You retain all ownership rights to your personal financial data entered into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
6.3 Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the App, we may use them without any obligation to compensate you.
7. Financial Disclaimer
- The App does NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, tax guidance, or any form of professional financial counsel
- Currency and cryptocurrency exchange rates displayed in the App are provided by third-party services for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for trading or investment decisions
- Any financial data, summaries, or visualizations in the App are based solely on information you have entered and are intended for personal record-keeping purposes only
- You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified financial professionals for any financial, investment, or tax-related decisions
- We are not responsible for any financial losses or damages resulting from decisions made based on information displayed in the App
8. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

- Your financial data is encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption
- Data is stored on secure Microsoft Azure cloud servers
- You can delete your account and all associated data at any time
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties

9. Data Synchronization
9.1 Sync Service
The App provides optional data synchronization between your devices and our cloud servers. Synchronization occurs periodically and requires an active internet connection.
9.2 Data Accuracy
While we strive to ensure accurate synchronization, we cannot guarantee that data will always be perfectly synchronized across all devices. In the event of a sync conflict, data may be resolved using automated conflict resolution methods.
9.3 Offline Use
The App stores data locally on your device for offline access. Changes made offline will be synchronized when an internet connection is restored.
10. Disclaimers
10.1 "As Is" Basis
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 No Guarantee
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Any defects will be corrected
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- Data will never be lost or corrupted
- Exchange rates or other third-party data will be accurate or up-to-date
10.3 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services integrated with the App, including authentication providers, payment processors, and financial data providers.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
- Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater
- We are not liable for any financial losses or damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to inaccurate data entry, sync failures, or reliance on exchange rate information
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WealthTrack, its owner, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
13. Account Termination
13.1 By You
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13.2 By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity
- Extended period of inactivity
- Request by law enforcement or government authorities
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App ceases immediately
- We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including Sections 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, and 15)
14. Modifications to the App and Terms
14.1 App Changes
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
14.2 Terms Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms in the App
- Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
15. General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
15.5 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through the courts. Before initiating any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting each other directly.
15.6 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or failures of third-party services.
