How to Delete Account & Data

You can delete your WealthTrack account and all associated data at any time, directly from within the app. This page explains how to do so, what data will be removed, and how to contact us if you need assistance.

⚠ This action is permanent. Deleting your account will remove all your financial data, transactions, budgets, and personal information from our servers. This cannot be undone.

1. How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the WealthTrack app. Follow these steps:

    Open WealthTrack Launch the app on your device
  2. 2
    Go to "Other" page Tap the other page in navigation menu
  3. 2
    Go to Account Details page Tap the profile icon in the top right corner
  4. 3
    Tap "Delete Account" Found in the Account Details page at the bottom of it
  5. 4
    Confirm deletion You will be asked to confirm — your account and all data will be permanently deleted

2. Clear Data Without Deleting Your Account

If you want to keep your account but remove all financial records, use the Clear All Data option in Settings. This deletes all transactions, wallets, goals, and categories while keeping your account active.

You can find this option in Other → Account → Clear All Data.

3. What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be removed:

Data type Status Retention period
Transactions, wallets, categories & goals Deleted Immediately
Profile (email) Deleted Immediately
Account settings & preferences Deleted Immediately
Active sessions Deleted Immediately
Subscription history Kept by RevenueCat Per RevenueCat's policy
