Frequently Asked Questions
Sign in with the same account on all your devices. Your data syncs automatically in the background. Make sure you have an internet connection and are logged into the same account.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a one-time code to reset your password. Note: your email address must be verified before you can reset your password. If you signed up with Google, Apple, or Microsoft, you don't have a separate WealthTrack password.
Yes. Go to Settings → Data → Export to download your transactions, wallets, categories and goals as a file. You can use this for personal records or to import into other tools.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings and cancel from there. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
You can request account deletion from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account). For more information, visit our account deletion page.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We never sell your data to third parties. You can review our full Privacy Policy for details.
